And yes absolute tack driver and total pussycat to shoot like shooting a 223
I am thinking to myself that your Mrs must be feeling quite nervous and unsettled over all this swapping and changing esp when the word 'fondled' has been used and worried that she might be next ?

Do I remember correctly words to the effect 'Now I have my sako 270 WSM back in my arms we will never again be parted, for she is my one, my only, my true love' ? See how that relationship ended - forced cosmetic surgery then dumped for a newer model. Your Mrs must rightly be concerned

No really porn but wanted something really compact and this is where I ended up. It's a .308 with 16.5" tube and 1:8 twist. Great accuracy with 168 ELDM's at 2650 fps and super maneuverable in the scrub. A few Reds and pigs to it so far and am really happy with it.
Yip, not everyone's cup of tea and pretty heavy, but I just cannot complain about the performance of this wee gun over all for the price, and it fits in any bag you like broken down - except for hand bags of course.
Second or third post here for me so here's hoping the attachment attaches...standby...

It does, except mine is better, 'coz it is mine. Wicked rifles, but I'd happily lose 500g off it if possible

I have the same setup in 300BLK. It's a sweet little bush rifle. Minimal recoil and noise.

Moved down south and have decided to do a bit more long range/prs type shooting for fun.

Got this setup after a bit of shopping around. Custom Guns in Invercargill had this scope & rifle for a sharp deal. Bergara Wilderness HMR in 300PRC. Bit of a laser and is doing the deed. Loves the Hornady ammo.

They’re an underrated rifle for sure. I’ve had a few.
They are heavy but it makes them a pleasure to shoot for their length.
