Most of you have seen this in some form or another, mk v ultralight custom build stainless action, 30 06ai finally had the time to mount up the scope. Did load development using a vx3 3.5-10×40, it's now wearing a vx5hd 3-15x44 duplex sitting in Talleys.
Pretty sweet rig and only 3.27kg, can't wait to sight her in at the range later this week

the muzzle brake is aluminium so it's quite light but very much needed, the ol 30 06ai has a fairly decent recoil without it pushing 178gn pills, it's a pussy cat with the brake though more like a 308 shooting 120gn pills

S&W Hand Ejector in .455, should be a bit of fun and allows me to shoot classic service matches, also picked up a No4 a few weeks back that I should probably post up

yeah i dont think we see many here with a shaved cylinder, dont really think there were ever a great amount of 45's here in the first place to warrant shaving the cylinder

Like my last post in this thread most of you have seen this already, got my Walnut Lupo setup just about perfect now.
It was originally wearing a vx3HD 3.5-10×40ZL, but stumbled upon a vx6 firedot 2-12×42CDS that is just about the perfect allround scope for near and far on this rig. Despite the factory picatinny rail i was able to get the scope nice and low for a perfect cheek weld with a pair of precision pro low 30mm scope rings.
