Not a new gun but got a new DPT suppressor and bought a plastic stock of a member hoping it would be lighter then the wooden stock, it feels heavier! but very solid for plastic.
I now have a black gun

The older model 7 stocks are not that light, I weighed my LA laminate stock and my model 7 stock and there was only about 150grams in it from memory. Both weighed over a Kg which I thought seemed quite a lot. Gona keep your old wooden stock?

Off work sick so got a can of rustoleum and gave it three coats. Needs a little touching up in places. On the fence on whether to camo it. I would do A TACS foliage green, but it would take a lot of effort probably. I like solid FDE anyway.

I reckon the foliage A tacs would work well in NZ bush. The Desert A Tacs is pretty "meh".
