A Brno 602 in .375 H&H found its way home and has fitted in just fine. This rifle has done good in Africa for its old owner and is shooting well for me.

Velocity is thrilling, but diameter does the real killing.
Nice looking rifles John
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
And all the bolts are closed

All the bolts are closed because they look better with there pants done up rather than there bolts hanging out. Just as all the guns displayed in the latest H&F mag have the bolts closed. My kill photos in the field have an open bolt.

It doesn't matter. You know as the firearm owner that they're empty (and if anything like me, you're constantly checking them) and that's all that matters.
I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.
Nice collection John

Thought I'd add... My two moose machines.
Sako 75 270 and 85 .308.
Taken three nice boars with the 270 (go figure) and three deer with the 30. The 85 is all I'd hope for. Got bloody close to diving in on a Kimber wood 308. But loved the other 75 too much to move to far away.
Zeiss 3-9 on the 270 & leu 2-7x33 on Te 308...
Run a 44 mag for the pigs in Kroa and also own a Parker Hale 308 from the late grandfather.
To meke much.
