    Harris Bipod

Hi guys, I have an older 308 with a standard sling mount on the stock by the barrel. I want to put a harris bipod in it's place. Can I just get a mount that screws into the current holes there or do i need an adapter plate??

I'm pretty you should be able to unscrew that sling mount with a Quick Detach mount you can pick up from any gunshop.

All good. The bi pod just had two pins that hold onto that then tightens against the stock
