    Don't buy in NZ then, I paid 270 for mine with mount and the rail is like $30

    Did you get the spikes or just using the rubber feet?

    I have the Harris Swivel but with friction locks on the legs. DO NOT get this model, get the notched leg model.

    I looked into getting them in but finding some one with them in stock was a mission......so I gave up...

    I was going to use them on my big rifles but with the legs in the forward position so it can be loaded up they would have collapsed under a 9-10kg rifle.....

    I have also read that in the panning position (a major advantage over the Harris) they are reluctant to recoil straight back therefore creating "issues"

    "Slow to deploy compared to the Harris" was another interesting comment.
