    Have seen a baikal where the dovetail was milled (machined off) right at the base (at red line) so you end up with a flat top. Than that flat base been drilled and tap for a weaver rail.

    Will do the same thing to our Baikal at some point as the rail isn't quite straight and just makes it easier to put a scope on where I want it.
    Nothing is tough about having a 70 lb bow and looking like an uncoordinated praying mantis while trying to draw it back.

    I got sent the wrong Delta sight
    I got the
    Delta Optical MiniDot 2
    Anyone want it "at landed cost to me" let me know otherwise I will send back to Europe

    Was meant to get the much more advance (and expensive)
    Delta MiniDot HD 26

    Cost of the MiniDot 2 would be $95 (will chuck in postage)

    The top surface of the Baikal is flat so you can simply drill and tap that and attach a weaver rail (or piccatinny). Taking it down to the red line in the above image, you will also need to address the ramp at the back and it also leaaves less depth the tap for a good grip as it will need to be a blind tap / thread. Easies way is to look at something like these...Weaver - Scope Mounting Systems -T-22 Base Pair Converter or

    Anyway - its packed and heading back
    The mount is about $45NZ too
