    Electronic muffs, even the quality ones don't have particularly high ratings.

    Tried initially wearing them over my hearing aids but ended up removing the aids anytime I wear the Sordins.
    Yes, but to be honest I haven't found the cheek weld much of an issue with the Tactical model from Peltor. They are Grade 5 industrial rated and suitable for things like jet engines - this is where the MSA models are a bit less highly rated than the Peltors. The full size Peltor's are as comfortable as the equivalent model that isn't electronic - used to be the Peltor H7 series can't recall what it is now. The comfort kits (pads and cups) are quite dear though on the electronics though, the ones on the non-electronic muffs are quite a bit cheaper being foam rather than gel.
