    thinking at this stage of grabbing some class 5 big jobs from daddy day care (mitre 10 mega) and some electronic ones for out hunting, especially with other rifles around.

    Not to sure what class the deben ones are, but they will cut out up to 80db.

    Get peltor grade 5 if you want passive muffs.
    I wear em all day and wouldnt wear anything else.

    worth the $60, and you can buy replacement ear pads and inserts for about $20. but if you only use em occasionally then they will last a decade.
    Use enough gun
