    Help with IOR scope

Recently purchased an IOR 4x32 scope and have mounted it on a Husky 8x57. Excellent scope, nice and clear, and so far is rock solid. But I cant seem to find any info on what the smaller screw/dial thingy is on the turrets - can anybody enlighten me? Its the really small screw on the turret in the pic.

It's an indicator of where the current 'click' is within its adjustment range - S&B scopes have them as well

Having said that I had the exact same model IOR scope and the little indicator dial was way off on one of the turrets
