I stand corrected! Ken makes a awesome stock, have 2 of his stocks and they're great. That howa one is very light!

Hey thanks for the feedback team, I'm keen as to get it done as the Howa is a proven shooter, it actually shoots better than my Tikka 7mm08, gasp! Even though it'll weigh about the same as a Tikka t3 standard I think it'll be a lot nicer rifle and with the shorter barrel be very "pointable"
Senator stocks might have have been bought out by an Aussie.
Just got a senator stock custom made, tikka inleted for sako 75 WSM in nz, very happy, much nicer to shoot and carry
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing, and right-doing, there is a field. I will meet you there.

I have one of Ken's stocks on my Howa mini action, it's and awesome stock and makes it a sweet little rifle.
The finish is perfect and yes he can now inlet it for the Howa 1500 SA

Not to take anything away from Ken but it looks like Howa got together with Stocks stocks to offer a C/F stocked rifle.
I see they now offer a C/Wrapped barrel on a new action too.
Do Hi-Tec have a retailer in Australia?
They did but the stock it’s self I wouldn’t mind betting is 650grams ish on the factory carbon howa not many go sub 600 and only a handful go sub 500 that iv seen its a real bonus as you can buy howa barreled actions put it in a KH stock and sit somewhere a little more than other factory rifles for a darn good rifle nice solid actions real bottom metal great triggers I had a creedmoor and man it shot well
Interested to see how these carbon stocks (the NZ High Tech and the Howa factory offering) compare to the Banser (confusingly, also called Hi Tech at one time!) which came on the Howa Alpine.
Have the Howa Alpine and it's mint.
You prefer the tikka design over the sako 75?
That’s like preferring reineck over Heineken
