I have a Burris veracity FFP 2x10x42. My dial is zeroed for the super load. I dial 12 minutes up for the zero of the sub load. I use the reticle at any magnification for the compensation of trajectories for one or the other load. The new ones have now a zero stop ,so that works even better.

With subs I go for a 60mtr zero and just guess my hold over out to 100. I get a lot of practice with a 22 so having the 44 zeroed the same keeps it simple. So for two loads what I am suggesting is zero the rifle for the supers and just know where the 60 mtr zero is for the subs on the scope and guestimate the hold over to 100 metres which will be 100 mm.

This is what I do as well..subs are only 3in lower at 50m than hi velocity zero, sometimes I just guesstimate the holdover, only use the subs for small game tho.
