    Yes, the price of "newbies" is a bit of a shudder. If by ABC you mean (and I suspect you do) Auckland Black powder Club, my thanks for the guide and I have located their website and details.

    I don't shoot Black Powder out of a Pistol or Rifle.

    However I do burn a kg or so of Black Powder every year out of this.

    YES they are an A-cat weapon and use them
    If you are casting your own projectiles make them out of soft lead like roofing lead
