    Huntsman Scope

Huntsman Riflescopes, Laser Range Finders and Scope Mounts from Kilwell Sports
4 x 28 Rimfire Riflescope Compact. Can anyone tell me if these are ok
Just need something short and small as for Ruger 10/22 It will probably be used just with sub sonics
Need compact as it a take down model and I want it to fit in the bag
Open to suggestions up to 2 maybe $250 small scope if any one can help Really it's just got keep zero
And 4 power is enough for the 60 mtrs or so

For what you're prepared to spend on a scope, you'd be much better off with a quality optic like this:

Leupold M8-4x28mm Gloss Scope Only | Trade Me

Spend the balance of your scope money on a good set of rings.

    Ray.
10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.

Thanks but it's too long10/22 Ruger the new take down model needs to have very short scope so the gun fits in the bag
I'd like to use a known quality but they are all to long Not scared of buying a good one just has to be short as

Flag the huntsman scope they are crap if you want short and compact then you may want to look at a red dot sight they are compact but you will need to buy batteries for it every now and then.

You might find an older model Loopy 1-4x20 Duplex gathering dust in a shop somewhere out there. Their newer versions of that scope are set up for turkeys and hogs.

Sounds like a "flying pork" setup
Which is worse, ignorance or apathy...I don't know and don't care.

Had a Redfield 3-9 40 so just purchased some Leupold QR Rings and we will see how it goes when the barrell returns from shortening and threading...

Righto shorthened the 10 22 TAKE DOWN Model barrel. Fitted suppressor. Used a Redfield Scope I had hanging round with Leupold QR Rings
and guess what you get on paper bulls easily repeatable at 50 mtrs . Take it to bits reassemble and its all over the place. 100 rounds later no solution .
    200 Rounds later solution found.....

Sold the piece of crap for 200 hundy more than I paid/spent on it. Kept my scope. Bloke has a scope will fit it up and not take it to bits.

Verdict 10 22 Take down not even ok as a hall way special gun or F all else. Good thing I have my super quiet extensively modified one and my AK for the hallway ha ha .....
