Info required on streaming real-time thermal imaging to an iPad

Are there any helicopter pilots, or technicians, on the forum that have experience in streaming real-time video from a thermal imager (or other camera with an analogue output), to an iPad that is fitted in the cock-pit?

    The critical path is:

Thermal imager with analogue video-out (to) portable 12 volt wifi transmitter (to) iPad.

Stream resolution must support no less than 640x480 pxl, and does not need to be any more than 800x600 pxl.

Frame rate needs to be no less than 30hz, and does not need to be any more than 50hz.

I've been doing a fair bit of research, but it would be good to speak to someone with hands-on experience with this.

Or @faregame. Doesn't he deal in such technology? Would be worth contacting him perhaps

I've done it on UAV's, vehicles etc with clients
Heli (assuming) would be the same, except for regulations - generally a proper ball unit is best (read expensive too) - depends on what you require it for and how its to be used
