Dunno? Maybe ha ha. Do any of your rellys have any deformities like extra appendages?
If I got that one it would be getting a rebarrel or at least an improved shoulder reamed in the chamber.
Can't be bothered mucking around with a standard hornet.
I have always liked and wanted No 1 poo-gers

Yep I'd love one in a big old calibre, one day!
Boom, cough,cough,cough
I am pretty sure that Ruger is a model No 1B and has never had a barrel band.
At present, I am still deciding if I am going to sell them. I need to have a good look at what rifle that I would be likely to replace them with and decide what I think that I think that these rifles are worth.
Yeah I would say its a 1B as well but thought I would ask as I can't tell much from the pics.
A 1A in a Hornet would fetch a good price due to only 350 odd being made.
A 1B not so much. If it is mint you should get close to a grand.
You would get more for it in Oz or the states.

When and if you decide to sell I would be keen on the Ruger depending on price - I do have some money burning a hole in my pocket at the moment
If the Ruger is only worth a $1,000, it is not worth selling. Shamus, I will keep you in mind if I decide to sell it.
I wouldn't take my word for it as far as the value goes. It could be worth quite a few hundy more easy.
Get it valued properly, not at your local H n F.
Tbf it will appeal to a select few people as a hunting rig.
What was it worth when you got a hold of it?
Very few firearms increase in value.
