@Wingman and @Micky Duck I am bloody excited about this!
But wish I hadn't seen this until the morning. Now I am not going to be able to sleep!
Just in time too, heading away for a Hunt on Thursday, and didn't really want to leave the Grendel behind.

Good Morning Wingman RE : Lightening of barrels
I wish to ask what size carbon tube do you use and how much do you machine off your barrel to fit underneath [say on a .223 ]
is there an open air space between the two and do you compress said carbon tube after heating barrel and adding tension with a nut on the same suppressor thread
I see not many folk with these builds use the Titanium printed Suppressors
    Thankyou for your thoughts

Sorry mate I see no advantage in sharing trade sensitive information of a service only we currently offer.
It is a process and has different dimentions for each chambering and caibre as well as strict safety machining guidlines which are published in multiple gunsmithing books should you wish to research it.

The muzzle forward Titanium suppressors are far more expensive and no better than a quality compact DPT suppressor which has the advantage of running shorter and lighter by removing baffles. Titanium is heavier than aluminum. If the customer wants to drop the extra coin on an oceana defence Ti suppressor that's up to them.

Got the call today, will be on the way to Invers for pickup by next week all going well. I feel conflicted though. Should I really be happier going to pick up my new baby or catching up with family as I always do when I’m down there???

Picked up my Elude Chassis yesterday! Absolutely stoked!
I definitely recommend shortening the barrel, my Grendel with a 22in looks almost out of place in such a compact and light weight chassis.

Upon fitting, I did notice a few patches of rust forming on the surface of my barrel! (disclaimer, Shooter Ready did not supply the Barreled Action, this is one I have owned for 4 years)
Oooh well, Sounds to me like I have a good excuse to drop this in with @Wingman at some stage and get the barrel cut to 18in along with the Carbon Fiber treatment.

Photos to come over the next few days!

18" including the suppressor still leaves 14" of barrel.. bit on the long side there mate

My Elude chassis with a 16" 7.62x39, dpt can..
    2.818kg empty.
Why is it a little different to the others, well I'm the guy who does the machining and I got the anodiser to play with some multicoloring process to see what it looks like.

Also threaded the bolt handle, just because. Next need to setup the bolt to flute, again, because why not.

I'm enjoying seeing all the personal customers builds come through, some cool ideas out there.
I'm awaiting barreled actions for a few more which will hopefully be ready next week. I'm quite a fan of the few flat dark earth Ceracoated ones too
