Yep, exactly how it is done at this end too, just gets a bit tricky when the recoverer is going through some dead ground between spotter and animal, that isn’t in line of sight of the spotter. And if it moves too fast it can be hard for the recoverer to see esp once factors like gorse-beam-diffusion start to come into play. This is when shouting directions helps.
