    Last round not loading

Hey guys. So I finally got my rifle sighted in ready for my hunt this week. I found though that the last round in the internal mag stayed too low for the bolt to pick it up. The other three load no issues, just not the final one. Anyone know of a fix for this? Or I just accept that my rifle is actually 3 not 4 round mag? It's a Remington 700 SPS.
    Cheers

You can get new mag springs, but finding them locally may take some work.
From overseas (Brownells) is a problem at the mo.

Oh sweet so new spring and I should be good to go. I'll try track one down after this trip. Would stretching the spring a bit be an option?

Doing that may cause it to loose its spring property. Jusd don't use the last round. Piece of piss.

Assuming it's a flat spring, you could carefully bend in to a more obtuse angle to gain some spring tension.
    More meplat, more better.
