    I like a reticle that is thick enough on the outer to centralise fast. The Z5 4A is pretty good.

    I was considering a vx5 for my rifle recently but this come out https://www.burrisoptics.com/scopes/...e-hd-3-15x44mm and i found the reticle more to my liking and glass is as good if not a better. It has all the features of vx5 is abit lighter and its 500 bucks cheaper . I have had it on my rifle for a couple of months and it performed brilliantly even taking a huge tumble with me into tow .Its still held its zero after that one . I'd look at as many diffrent scopes as you can in that power range and buy the your eyes like the best because at the end of the day it has suit you.

    @wayno

    Id seriously consider one if the importers brought in the plex reticle instead of that Christmas tree nonsense.

    It is not like a Xmas tree at all, actually really nice to use

    I recently got a VX5 firedot scope and find it excellent, it isn't to bulky and I find the power range about right. I love the firedot, i have shot two pigs using it and it makes shooting easier as your eye naturally goes to the dot which is your aim point. Good field of view and not to heavy all in all well worth the money.

    Got a VX5 3-15. love it, got the duplex reticle and its max distance on bunnies is 600m. after that the crosshairs block out the animal.
