    The HD5 scopes all have zero stop mate, the problem is it limits you to less than one full turn.

    Are you sure. I have a HD5 coming free of charge as a warranty claim for an earlier model its Conquest HD5 Z Plex with side focus and exposed top turrent but not zero stop ??
    I may be wrong tho !! maybe this one is different. Lower end rather than upper but man their support service is awesome and fast ...

    The 3 I have all have zero stop, I could be wrong just assumed they all did....
    Its a tiny little screw that can easily be removed.

    Same with my one. I think all the lock turrets have zero stop.

    Schmidt and Bender do a PM2 5-20x50 which is the same weight as their 3-12 ie 870g its 30cm so smaller than most mentioned here and has single turn with 17 mRad which will get a 308 to 1000m in the arctic. Modest specs but it would be rugged and easy to use.

    What has happened to the weaver superslam ? I know they compromise a bit in brightness and field of view but they did the job.

    They probably fell out of fashion like most things on here . There really are some gear whores on here & I'm one of the worst!
