Just to be pedantic, the phrase 'sub inch moa' doesn't actually make any sense unless you're talking about a really small extinct bird.

And to be sensible and realistic, I know what you mean - Tikka are very good at marketing the fact that their rifles give about the same accuracy as everybody elses.

I have had 3 T3, s from new. Only have one now that has new stock , and heaps other money spent on it.
I d be buying something slightly heavier myself as all of them except the keeper were too light. (Just my opinion)
The 300 Win mag was the keeper. .308 just gone to heavier .308 gun and its a keeper for sure , 270 WSM no more either.
I reckon I shoot so much better from a heavier gun.. Just me maybe but have been through a whole heap of guns to figure that out
Try some out if you can before deciding. Lightness is not the be all or end all.

    Oh how very true.

Yep, I'm with GravelBen and Happy.

Grab whatever fits you best, feels right and takes your fancy. I went with a Savage for those reasons and it shoots sub MOA too, ... just like everything else.

How much are you budgeting for glass? Cause to be honest, that's the more important decision.

All the rifles listed so far go bang (usually) and they all have useable accuracy. At the end of the day you should base your decision on what fits best and what you like the look of.

If it was me, I would continue saving and buy something nice. Especially if it was going to be a keeper.

So you are saying everybody elses guns consistantly (in the price range) do 3/4inch MOA out of the box on factory ammo?
