Let us know how you get on AzumitH. I was looking at a CASM mount for my old M305 before I sold it. Have just bought another one so will be very keen on getting the mount for it.

Thought I might post a photo of mine before I sold it, seeing as it's got the scout rail on the front too, in case anyone was curious... I really needed some lower scope rings...

Yeah I'll come back to this thread when I get things underway. Took the rifle out for its first few rounds yesterday, popping clays at around 75m with just a little bit of adjustment. Action was noticeably smoother after pulling it apart, hosing it down with brakeleen and greasing and oiling it as necessary. Only hiccup was it lost a chunk out of the stock just in front of the op rod, not sure if it was knocked while on the deck of the ute, or if the op rod itself caught it or shook it out lol.

It's an RS-1 sling from Riflecraft in the US, makes it real quick to get sling support in pretty much any position, seeing as the sling is always held open at the loop.

Anyone sell them here or did you get it from the States?
Looks just what I could do with on my mini 30

It's just a small business with one guy making them, so no local resellers. I ordered 2 of them straight from the US a few years ago & shipping was pretty cheap, seeing as they're small & light.
