Thread: MAE Suppressors

    Yeah, my one MAE can was designed as a .22 Rimfire can with a 1/2x28 thread, but MAE stated it can be used on a .222 or .223 centrefire with a 20" barrel. Built tough!

    (at the back of pic).

    You can also use it for beating the possums or deer to death if you run out of ammo.

    I have an early Percy (pre-MAE), and by christ you could bludgeon an elephant to death with it. It also triggers @C7A1 so I like it even more

    So I emailed MAE and Gary got back to me. From what I could gather they have taken suppressors of that website and have moved them over to a new site. However, this site is not yet publicly accessible.

    They are only selling suppressors compatible with A-Cat firearms which totally makes sense given the current legal climate. How you determine a suppressor for a semi-centrefire compared to a bolt action though I am yet to work out.

    There were models rated for semi auto and I think full auto fire.
    They will be the ones no longer available.
