They are supposed to be well made for what they are but they have too many downsides for me.
The trigger is 8lb pull and you can't put aftermarket triggers in them, they use a proprietary design, you can't change out the barrel for a 10/22 one like the Kriss and it uses a proprietary handguard and charging handle.
Also the bolt catch on the side is purely cosmetic, you have to pull the charging handle to release it on last round hold open and it wont close on an empty magazine.
For me I wanted something that felt and functioned like an AR, that I could customise and I could put a nice trigger in, so the Kriss was really the only option that I'm aware of that does all that.
