Im not familiar with the various types of shotgun sights, most shotguns ive used just had one at the end of the barrel.
I have a remington 1100 with a skeet barrel and just realised there is a threaded part on the rail to fit a second bead sight.
I recently got a turkish shotgun that has a second bead sight about a third of the way from the end of the barrel which i had naturally never seen before.
Does a second sight aid in aiming faster? I always aim by keeping the rail flat so as to only see the end bead and point the bead at the target.
Im wondering if this has been removed for some reason or is it optional?
