The actual quote is supposed to be "The customer is always right in matters of taste" which definitely applies here...

If I was a gunmaker with that level of skill that someone were to approach me and say I have $200k will you build me a that one in this calibre then I will say yes, not a problem...Its not my issue if he has no taste and if he wants hot pink penguins on the side , he gets them.....The fact that no one will ever pay that for it if he sells it is his problem for poor choices in life, but I suspect people in thse positions can afford poor choices....
