I think thats fair.
I would point out that as far as I am aware Greg is not a gunsmith and farms the work out to various "suppliers".
Personally I think they let him down multiple times BUT as the business who sold me the gun then did the fix ups the buck stops with him as far as I am concerned.
I did not return the gun last time it failed as I had had enough of the excuses and delays and I simply no longer trust him.
He essentially told me it was my fault for any number of reasons, which given I am not a gunsmith and have never worked on the gun is interesting.
Also it now is back to shooting the load he developed and extracting without issue, unlike before. Only thing that has changed is the bolt which is as far as I am aware the only thing "his guys" messed with.
As far as I am concerned I had to pay a 3rd party to rectify an issue I did not cause or make when I should not have had to do so.
If I had not done so then my expensive custom gun was only good for a tomato stake all be it a designer one!
As I said shit happens but its how you deal with it that keeps a customer for life or otherwise.
And given this has been on going for a long time and until now I have not posted the story............... I think I have been fair. I would still like to think people stand behind their work and their word.
