There is fuck all hunting in the States if you look at their seasons.
Really? He's a guy that gets to play with guns everyday. I'm jealous of that, but wish him the best. One of the few US YouTubers I watch because he doesn't go on about 2A bollocks and isn't prepping for a zombie apocalypse.
Name one who isn't. I suspect its more about you disagreeing with his opinions

Unsophisticated... AF!
A factory load like this is appealing for people like me that don't reload!
If the 7saum had available factory ammo here in nz i would have bought one of the ones for sale on here in a heartbeat
If high pressure and steel cases turn out to work for reloaders it does bode well for the future. Use this approach in 308based cases and you will have short light efficient rifles with magnum velocity.
I don’t really understand how pressure works tho. Even if the cases can take 80,000psi will the rifle?
Yeah, unless the action i needs to be beefed up significantly will someone produce steel reloadable cases for other calibers? Some rifles in 223 already handle 5.56 pressure.
What's a primer fired at 80000psi look like?
I watched that video, they tested to 110,000psi!
I wonder how suppressors will handle the extra pressures from this cartridge
Yep suppressors will HATE this cartridge with a short barrel, the muzzle pressure will be way higher than normal & higher than most magnums especially given the powder burn rates most likely being used
Brakes will LOVE it, tons of pressure to work with, even an inefficient design will work acceptably
Will be interesting to see how the whole concept progresses including reloading, assuming its possible

That's what I was thinking, wouldn't be surprised to hear of suppressors blowing up.. maybe an ultta magnum suppressor may work?
looks boss as bring on the 5.56mm version
Konus binoculars " The power to imagine"
Looks like its a basically a slightly shortened 280ai loaded to 80,000psi
Reading the spiel above.....higher velocity with less recoil....I call bullshit on that. Or Mr Newton must have got it wrong all those years ago with his every action has equal n opposite reaction blah blah blah. Same pay load pushed at same velocity SHOULD be same backwards push/ recoil...unless the hole it's being pushed through is larger the pressure generated / effort- work-energy needed,to make it go must be very similar.
