    The all gilding copper Nosler E-Tip at 150g would be a great spook n shoot bush hunters projectile, but in reality any normal cup n core projectile 140g and up will do for bush work.

    I need to take into account i want to use it for open tops too, out to 400m, ill be putting my VX3 cds on it.

    With the velocities you will be able to get from a wsm the 140gn Accubond would be hard to beat out to 500 yards.

    160gr Accubond. All sorted.
    I like the X-bolt for a factory rifle, especially the walnut blued version.

    What stock did you get ? Just asking as Dead Eye Dicks have had a 7wsm synthetic x-bolt in their shop for friggen ages

    Every animal I have shot with a 7mm 160g Accubond did not die quick enough for my liking.

    160gr or 140gr? Big difference. The 160gr seems to do the trick. The 140gr was quite solid.

    The 140g Accubond works superb, even at 7mm08 velocities.

    I used the 160AB @ 3260fps and give it the big thumbs down, was not a quick killer but in fairness the closest deer I shot with it was 330 yrds.
