    New scope advice

Hi I'm looking at upgrading my scope and in particular looking towards a burris fullfield iv either the 2.5-10 or the 3-12 magnifications.

1st are the Burris scopes good?
2nd I was looking at advice on the magnifications.
If theres any other scopes under $1k to look at I'm open for suggestions

I mainly hunt north island terrain with a mixture of bush stalking and shooting across gullies

Apparently Burris has upped their warranty to match that of leupold? Be worth asking a local store about that. Personally, with your parameters I’d trawl trademe looking for a 2nd hand leupold

I got a replacement Burris scope last year. They offered me a couple of options which I was very happy with.

I had a Burris scope brought 2nd hands about 4 years ago. Stopped holding zero a few months ago so I took it to my local shop. About 3 weeks later a new one arrived no questions ask no receipt

Def go S/hand. Look for quality, but also the mounts are just as important. The best scope in the world is useless if it wont hold its zero.

I got a nice Nightforce off t/me a while ago fro not much more than your budget.
