    New suppressor - Video

    Interesting to watch.
Now can we get them in NZ?
And would they be helpful in the bush?...

Looks heavy and expensive. Seemed quiet though.

We have a good selection of locally made suppressors here, why would you bother with something like that ............. apart from the obvious cool factor?

This is not new tech , like most , he has just copied & put his spin on it , its a co-ax type design , and Brugger & Thomet in Switzerland , used similar baffles on their pistol cans 20 yrs ago , also Ase Utra had at one stage a co-ax version of their Jet-Z , called Dual ? , used for the magnims like 338LM etc , basically added another outer tube , was very quite , but bigger & heavier , was not available for long , before they pulled it , maybe it did not sell well .
    The old silenced Sterling MK5/ L34A1 , had a co-ax spiral disfuser .

It did seem very quiet... But... "reliable fully automatic fire"... Pew pew pew pew ...

Hardly a good demonstration I would like to see it tested properly.
