You find out what most companies are made of when their product/service goes wrong and how well they respond. As Alan Martin said, "...it's the putting right that counts". Nightforce were good at that. Toll, not so much... but of all of them I've dealt with, yes, they are generally pretty good.
I have a mate in Aussie up the nf food chain.
I just talked to him and he said get them to hardy's and they will get them to Aussie where they can fix that problem and said 2 to 3 weeks their end.
It was from a batch of their first atacr that came in 2014 15.

I will never forget being told at least twice on separate occasions that the forums were full of F....n w.....s (or similar) by a prominent firearms business owner....he found it amusing that quite a large number of his clients & myself fell into that category......
