    I take it you ment my ones. Moon was a bit brighter than I would have liked at just under half moon,and with it full moon now would not be right taking pictures at the moment as dosn`t give a fair honest indication of what the tube will or won`t do.
    Im sure Faregame just mistakenly overlooked that point with his above post.

    Don't have a camera adapter yet? It's super hard to get photos through a device without one

    Faregame: I see you have dropped the price on TradeMe for these from $4299 to $3499. Probably worth a look.

    Yep - just on the demo set - makes it a bargain really

    If anyone is looking for one there is a Litton M944 Gen3 Monocular on Trademe at the moment. The guy wants $2950 for it. They were designed for hand held and camera use. Military issue and the tubes were usually about FOM1250. Were pretty much superseeded by the PVS-14.
    Never designed for head/helmet mounting or being rifle mounted but sure it could be done though don`t know how well they would handle recoil.
