The Nightforce warranty is very good in my experience. Have had similar growth in a camera lens before, agree with you they also look like swirl marks.
The guys in Oz are chasing up and looks like it is heading back there...what would be the best method to send it over? I was just going to pack it up and take into NZPost.
The EMS tracked mail service to and from Oz works really well. You also have the option of increased insurance cover if it's over their own cover value. Tracking service is great as you can confirm delivery. 3-5 days at most.
Sent my nightforce to the states through the post shop, was expensive but surprisingly quick
I've contacted NF too, as have the store,...if I send to them and they send on fine and I expect a replacement without having to wait for NF to determine the problem - just know there is one and sort it out ASAP. I heard NF are actually an Australian company....is that true?
Got my one through euro optics and after s while a piece of debri appeared inside, sticking to the lenses every now and then. They sent me a knew one which was better than waiting for nightforce to repair it
