that looks like a 4x20. There used to be quite a few of them around about 35 years ago.
I had a couple of 4x32 for centerfires. Very good value and they still work OK.
But quite faint and difficult to see through, compared to a 21st century budget scope.
This one looks just like one we used on an airgun in 1975.
Photos not working well for me tonight.
Not swaro clear, but not as bad as I would have thought. And a nice very fine reticle.

even better its the flagship 4x15
I have a "Light" made in Japan, works good enough for a .22 and the open sights can still be used.
Velocity is thrilling,but diameter does the real killing.
