    I am using shooting sticks more and more and finding them very useful. Even better on the bigger walks is a set of trekking poles. Not only will it help with your own mobility/stability but with the handles looped together they make a great shooting rest. Very adjustable and very stable once you have practiced with them a bit.

    I usually look around for a tree to lean against if my Harris bipod is at home
    The best bit of ultra light rifles is you can always add a bit of weight in the bipod or by beefing up your suppressor with a few more baffles easily enough and they are still silly light to carry
