Thread: rangefinding binos??

Looking at a set of vortex 5000hd binoculars. Anyone used/have a set that can comment on them?

Double check they do angle compensation to extended ranges

Get the AB model. They'll tell u what to dial regardless of angle. If you have the standard fury model they have a very limited angle compensation. I learnt that the hard way.

Alternatively you can just use the LOS function on the basic fury model and that will show you the line of sight and angle which you can just punch into your app.
