Question Recommendations for Comfortable and Secure Eye Protection for Pistol Shooting?

    Hi everyone,

I’m looking for eye protection recommendations for pistol shooting. My main issue with some glasses is that they don’t sit properly on my nose, which causes them to shift or loosen over time, especially during extended use.

I’d love to hear your experiences with glasses that provide secure and comfortable fit, especially if they have adjustable nose pads or other features to prevent slipping. Bonus points if they also work well with over-ear hearing protection which I asked on the neighbour thread: https://www.nzhuntingandshooting.co....-range-111179/

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I have the ESS zip pack with the 3 diff coloured lenses
    They're ok but not perfect

I'd say get some cheap low profile clear glasses from safety shop and get your ear protection first then try different types that go well with your muffs - also try different ones that the range has for visitors

The army issued ESS pair great with some tight ear protection, but if you use plugs then you definitely need to use the supplied strap to keep them on.

I used some Oakley cycling glasses when I started that have the lenses that get darker as it gets brighter, but the arms caused a little gap in the ear cups.
