    I bought mine from the Riton Optics site. If you google them, you will find retailers. Many seem to be sold out.

    swapped my bushnell TRS25 as it started fogging up on the inside a bit for a Aimpoint H2. its wonderful haha get the aimpoint
    If you can't kill it with bullets, dont f*ck with it.

    I run a Holosun 507C on my pistol slide. It slams back and forward with each shot with the slide, if that doesn't kill it nothing you are likely to do on a rifle will make it loose zero or stop working.
    You could probably go to one of the cheaper version but that style of red dot weighs nothing and super robust. Good choice for a close up bush gun.

    As an aside, I am a member of an African hunting forum similar to this one.
    The amount of dangerous game rifles including doubles (sacrilege you say) that have these fitted is quite staggering.
    They are extremely popular for that quick shot.
    You would have to say that if it's the best sight available on the likes of a race pistol that can be shot as fast as you acquire the target, then that would lend itself to ery short time frames on animals that can squash and or eat you.
    And obviously if they fail they can be removed and straight back to the irons.

    Just grabbed an aimpoint h2 from trade me,had one years ago and run a couple of trs25 these days but looking for a permanent setup on my .308 so upgraded to the aimpoint.

    I've been testing at 510c on my SBL and giving it plenty. It's deffinately proved that holosun is up there with the best.

    I have the sig sauer Romeo 5 and a bushnell trs 25 sig sauer is very good 2 moa clear dot and auto off feature is a must have I constantly forget about turning off the bushnell and running out the battery other than that it's been aok
