Thread: rem700 external mag - swap to internal

so , I have my 7mmsaum based on a rem700, its a hardy build in a carbon stock.

I absolutly hate the metal mags, they are clunky and obnoxious.

Is there anything I can do to convers to a internal mag ? change it to a plastic mag ?

it looks like a aics 300wsm kinda mag.

You could possibly change the bottom metal to factory and also use the magazine liner and mag follower. One thing to make sure is if the action has feed lips on the rails.
