    I've got the same rifle your looking at. I reload for it and it shoots very well with 39gr Sierra's and also the 32gr Sierra's (never tried factory ammo). As others have said the .204 is best suited to varmints due to available projectile construction. If you want it for bigger game go for the .223.

    Had a 204 for a while. Lovely to fire but being a 10lb 'varmint rifle' with a 26" truck axle barrel it was a pain in the ass to carry up hills, so keep that in mind when you pick a rifle in whichever calibre you choose.

    I sold it and bought a sporter 223 instead, much more versatile and just as accurate.
