Eezox all day long. Handles Stewart Island and the West Coast of the South Island.
    Fairly harsh conditions.

Crc long lIf Big plus 1 on this had mine sorted at Dads for well over a year with this on it. In the past it’s had surface rust, now with this no worry’s. Brought some back with me to the uk. Have had it applied inside my side lock S04 same no rust. Water gets in there on the really wet days and that can really cost you as a service on this is £124 and upwards.
It's all fun and games till Darthvader comes along

I too use and like eezox . I have the aerosol can . But the only thing is it has a very strong smell and stays on your rifle. I don't mind the smell but it is quite powerful when you want to spray it on your rifles inside the house haha

Kroil. Marine penetrating oil. Excellent on exterior metal work and bores alike. Inox is also very good.

I’m also an Ezoxx convert of many years. The reason it’s good is it is not Petroleum based so does not evaporate. Only negative remark is the dumb tin and dispenser. By no means a deal breaker.
