    You will struggle to get one cheaper on the net than you can through the NZ agent if you talk to him respectfully yet firmly (very germanic). Check the S&B site for contact.
    It seems they build to order so you are up likely for a wait of 3 - 9 months if you want something specific.
    Yes they come in a flimsy cardboard box and roll of corrugated cardboard.
