    Funny how everyone yearns for a Vixen despite their age and the wooden stock. The 75 is the best stock .

    Maybe a 75 Deluxe in 222/223 but those are really rare. Came with a floorplate instead of a mag.

    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded

    I saw a factory engraved sako vixen for sale over here, the stock has a Roe Deer head carved into it.

    Looks very 1970s.

    A great documentary - thanks for posting that up.

    I still remember seeing my first Vixen (in .222 of course!) as a teenager and thinking to myself... wow... one day I want to own one of those. Little did I realise it would take me almost 35 years before I finally got to buy a Sako.
