    Roger. It was behind the counter, David said "look what we just got in ......" at which point I ran out of the shop preaching self control to my self, so I never fondled it. The wood grain did look a little different to the 101 that was hanging below it, but it was the same nice dark colour.

    I got a 100 6 months or so ago in 7mm rem mag couldn't hit the backside of a barn with it went back to the shop a couple of time,s (luckly I brought local ) the accuracy was confirmed as crap , got $ back & brought a browning instead in the same cal ...that said im picking my,n was just a dud I was pretty keen to give another sauer a go but seemly at the time importer/exporter had fallen out with each other & they wernt bringing any more into nz at that time hence the browning .
