What rifle is it? Does it warrant a Kahles or Nikko Stirling?

Had the same dilemma with my 375h&h, ended up going with a 3-9x40, covers all bases. Still low enough magnification to not be detrimental in the bush.
I havnt had it long and have not done enough with it yet to give you a good answer. Id put its low light performance as better than my Leopold x3 and far better than the vortex I sold to buy it. But not as good as a Swaro.
This is the first time ive used an Illuminated dot reticle, and early days yet, but its promising to be a bit of a game changer, Giving much more shooting time and speed.
Hey guys, many thanks for the opinions and recommendations. I've ruled out the 1.5-5x Leupold and the 1-6x GPO Spectra on their poor light gathering due to the straight tube. I'll go with either Whanahuia's recommendation on the GPO Spectra 1.5-9x (has a 32mm objective lens) or the GPO Passion 3-9x with a 44mm objective lens. This scope has a FOV at 3x that is close to a 2x scope.
I beg to differ on the light gathering of the wee scopes..... remember the rule of 7.... why a 4x32 is so good and a 6x42 is about ideal...for every increase in power yo uneed 7mm of lens so your straight tube is 25 (ish) mm 3x7=21 so at middle power settings it will still be pulling in as much light as your eyes can use.
its all relative and a trade off.
75/15/10 black powder matters
I currently have an older VX1 2-7x32 on my .375. It find it lightweight, plenty of eye relief and easily does out to 300m, which is the distance I'm comfortable with.
Previously wore a 2.5-10, but I felt it was too "bulky".
Standard Duplex is fine enough for precise longer shots, and easy enough to do close up two-eyes-open shooting.
The Truth shall make ye fret.
