    Before you hand over any cash think long and hard about what the bulk of your hunting is/will be.
    4x is usable in the bush but 3x and 2x is so so much better.

    If the bulk of your hunting is bush i would be looking for less than 4x if the bulk of your hunting is open country you will get away with 4x in the bush but not ideal.

    Just my humble opinion having been up and back down the mag range.

    Yip very valid points VC. I will be keeping my 3x9 and this may mean getting a specialised bush rifle.....maybe a .308 bushpig

    What calibre is your current T3 that your thinking of putting the 4-16 on ?

    The much hated .270 I love it ha ha, now that its supressed with a limb saver that is. Those bruises were wearing me down for a while.

    Rogee, they are over the Tasman so if they are at 30,000 ft and they are travelling at 800.......sorry I will do that when they get here.

    I recent brought a new Burris C4 from calbelas online. Had it delivered to a mate in the US there picked it up when there for work. Brought that one over the CDS as the leupold VX3 offers no solution for wind age and the Burris can be dialed and has hash marks each MOA out to 10 MOA.

    Choice, that should be nearly bang on with a 44mm objective

    They have a windage dial like anything else:rolleyes:
    Also have windage hold in the cross hairs.
