    Those Savages are seriously good value. I've been emptying the safe a bit though, haven't sold any, just leant them out. Handy if the safe doesn't looked over stocked when the Boss has a peek.

    Savage over marlin any day but all are much of a muchness in that price range. All good bang for your buck though. A good looked after second hand tikka or browning would be better IMO.

    Howa 1500 is a great rifle in .223, we were shooting bunnies out to 250 m with it Tuesday arvo.

    Lol my uncle is Dutch, not from my side but honestly he a tight ass, wouldn't even hook me up for my 21st, he owns a few alcohol stores ,back to the whole gun thing, there are a lot of options, I think it's going to be a drawn out process for a bit I think, I held a howa the other day, mayb first love again.

    Haha that explains it! Always wondered why it looked like that (I was born in the Netherlands). I have been called a tight cnut at times though.
