From memory once you went to 5 shipping got more expensive due to weight.

Here's an old thread with some ideas. http://www.nzhuntingandshooting.co.n...58/index2.html

Currently mine has fine crushed up Pumice inside a rubber glove to keep it dry. But its a bit hard, not fluid enough. I thought I would use it in the hills but havn't ever felt like carrying the extra weight and size in the end - just use my fist or something. On the range I use the protector with sand and its good. Sorry, not an expert on bipod shooting.

I think Rice is a good filler, yeah might weigh a bit more but if you get in the shit you've got some extra supplies.

    Thanks Chris
I have been using the one in the photo for awhile but haven't been 100% happy with it. The other day I tried a lynx deodorant can I had in the wagon and found it really good being so solid. I think the one Norway uses is the way to go.

er, not unless your bag is waterproof...

got my Mrs to sew up a bag and filled it with 6mm airsoft BBs. very light, good texture, and does not gain any weight when wet
